YA’LL – there’s only 4 ingredients and it’s fat free. That’s all.
Cheesy Fat Free Southwest Frittata
16 oz 98% lean ground beef
12 oz bag broccoli slaw
18 oz jar marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded low fat cheese
Spray nonfat cooking spray into 2 large pans and set the temperature to medium. Put all the broccoli slaw in one pan. Cook it for about 10 minutes or until it is all soft, stirring occasionally.
Put the meat in the other pan. Brown the meat until it is cooked through like taco meat. Add the marinara to the meat and cook it for a couple minutes until it is warm.
