Healthy Chalupas
Ingredient List: (All from Target except tortillas)
Serves 4-6
- Archer Farms Cooked Fajita Chicken (chop a few strips per chalupa)
- Trader Joe’s Blancas White Corn Tortillas
- Sargent 4 Cheese Mexican Blend
- 1 tablespoon Fage Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Archer Farms Homestyle Guacamole
- Pam Olive Oil Spray
- 1/4 Purple Onion Diced
- 1 medium Tomato diced
- Optional toppings: Cilantro, Salsa, Chopped Jalapeño
