I didn’t make it to NYFW this year, and I had major FOMO. (Disclaimer: if you’re unaware of those 2 acronyms, you may find this post boring.) So, here’s the rundown: 2 times a year, fashion designers (both emerging and established) debut their spring and fall collections in fashion shows or “presentations” across 4 cities: New York, London, Milan, and Paris (in that order). Every year, the number of designers grow, the shows get longer, and the cinematic displays are beyond any Super Bowl halftime show you’ve ever seen.
Fashion is changing all. the. time.
Keeping track of all the trends is overwhelming! However, one of the things I love most about my job is taking my favorite looks from the runway and translating them into my own.
Guess what? Raincoats are BACK! Well, were they ever really gone? (Definitely not in Seattle.)
So say goodbye to water-stained leather, matted-down fur, and smelly wet wool, because the anorak is the only coat you’ll want in your wardrobe. - @vogue Share on X

Even growing up on the Gulf Coast of Florida, I have never owned a raincoat. With how much it rains here, though, I should probably invest in one, especially something cute like this!
