I’m not sure about you, but dinner time in my household can definitely be a little crazy! We’re busy, and it sometimes seems like planning food is the last thing I think about – there’s grocery shopping, cooking, and dishes to do afterwards!
That’s exactly why one-pot (or one-pan or one-sheet) recipes are a lifesaver. Everything cooks together and cleanup is super easy.
