With my hand over my heart, I pledge allegiance to fashion. All things Americana! Lord knows this country needs some unifying love, so fall in love with this star-studded trend.
I’ve always loved stripes, so getting behind the Americana trend was a no-brainer! Plus, it was easy to integrate into my closet.
And let’s discuss those haunting “Stripe Myths”:
- Horizontal stripes CAN be flattering.
- You can (and must) try mixing stripe patterns.
Swarovski Award for Emerging Talent winners Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim are the dynamic duo behind MONSE. (and, co-creative directors of Oscar de La Renta. no biggie). They chose a unique collection to show his collection that was inspired by vintage American sports uniforms: a basketball court!
